Didier Drogba To Release Autobiography In November
Cote d’Ivoire legend Didier Drogba has announced his autobiography is coming out this November.
The two-time African footballer of the year has promised a rich and engaging book that will chronicle his formative years as an immigrant in Paris, his roller-coaster ride with the national team – the Elephants, the role of education in his life and benefits of a late start as a professional footballer.
Drogba starred for a number of European clubs in his heyday including Galatasaray and Marseille, but the Ivorian achieved phenomenal success at Chelsea FC, winning four League titles, four FA Cups and the European Cup where he got the winning goal.
The striker, who currently plays for MLS side Montreal Impact, has revealed the book can be pre-ordered on Amazon. He tweets:
