The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), is expected to confirm Stephen Keshi as Super Eagles coach this Friday.
The NFF General Secretary, Dr. Sanusi Mohammed, disclosed that the handler of the national team will be announced by the weekend.
According to him, “I promise you by Friday, the issue of who becomes the coach of the Super Eagles will be over because it will be sorted out finally. So by Friday we will all know the new coach of the Super Eagles”.
Keshi is expected to fly from his Benin base to Abuja on Thursday in time for his unveiling on Friday.
Another reliable source told Goal that “Keshi has agreed in totality with the leadership of the NFF on his new two-year contract that would expire after the finals of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, if Nigeria qualifies any way.”
The new contract will see the Big Boss earn N5 million per month and report to NFF’s Technical Committee.
